中國拿下德國？今年中國在德收購案激增

在中國國內的經濟增長逐漸放緩的今天，中國在海外投資並購的金額確呈急速增長的狀況。跟據安永谘詢公司7月14日發布的數據，僅今年上半年，中國的投資者對歐洲企業的收購額為724億美元（相當於652億歐元）。總的交易量為164筆，其中，德國企業是最受中國投資者青睞的。他們在德國共收購或參股了37家企業，在法國所收購的企業為23家，英國20家。目前一個來自中國的收購集團的首腦們已經抵達Kaulaune。

portant; word-wrap: break-word !important;">自從(cong) 2016年1月份以來，中國的買(mai) 家在德國已經購買(mai) 了108億(yi) 美金（相當於(yu) 97億(yi) 歐元）的資產(chan) 。其中，中國美的集團用47億(yi) 美金/42億(yi) 歐元收購了機器人製造企業(ye) Kuka庫卡48.5%的股份，離絕對多數控股隻差一小步。而去年整個(ge) 一年的中國企業(ye) 在德國的收購投資額隻有5,26億(yi) 美金（相當於(yu) 4,74億(yi) 歐元）。

這是繼中國化工投資440億美金收購瑞士化學企業Syngenta（先正達）以及中國騰訊以86億美金所收購的芬蘭遊戲開發商Supercell之後，榮膺今年歐洲第三大收購合同。居於今年第四位的是北京企業控股集團收購德國廢物處理和能源公司EEW。

7月12日，來自山東臨沂的金正大集團（Kingenta Ecological）並購德國化肥企業 Compo GmbH的交割簽約儀式在法蘭克福舉行。臨沂市市長張術平主持儀式，正在德國訪問的山東省省長郭樹清，以及中國駐德國大使館經商處公使銜參讚王衛東、中國銀行法蘭克福分行行長李光、Triton基金負責人AndiKlein、臨沭縣縣委書記任慶虎、金正大集團董事長萬連步、康樸公司首席執行官Stephen Engster等共同見證交割簽字。

根據安永谘詢公司的預期，在今年的下半年還將會有大規模的收購案產生。由於中國國內市場的增長變緩，投資者開始尋求海外專業化產業。而歐洲市場則正好有不少信托投資公司希望將手中的資產脫手。來自安永的分析認為，中國投資者們的興趣不單單是針對從事科技和機械的企業，還包括醫院、養老院、製藥、生物科技等領域。

安永的中國業務專家孫軼女士表示，對員工來說，企業被收購並不一定是壞事。她表示，中國的投資者們通常會在現有的生產能力之外，在中國再開設新廠。但是，對一個高科技的企業來說，由於技術的高度複雜性，更換企業地點常常是不可能的。“在這裏拆除一家鋼廠，在中國重新建起來的時代已經一去不複返。”
